Programs & Services The medical programs and services at the Women's HeartCare Center of Evansville offer a custom fit for a woman's specialized health care needs. Everything here has a female focus, starting with Dr. Deborah Cortlandt, the Ohio Valley HeartCare cardiologist who directs the Center and consults with patients and their families. In addition to the comprehensive cardiology and cardiovascular/thoracic/vascular surgery capabilities available to patients through Ohio Valley HeartCare, the Women's HeartCare Center of Evansville offers programs and treatments that include: Diagnostic electrocardiogram (EKG) testing Cardiovascular stress testing Heart rate variability studies Heart disease risk factor analysis and education Exercise therapy Dieting and nutrition counseling Prescription therapy, including postmenopausal estrogen replacement and aspirin dosage to prevent recurrent heart attacks Advanced interventional techniques, including radial artery heart catheterization (through the wrist)
